In the last 18 months, our working lives have changed drastically! More people are now working from home full or part time than ever before, and it is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future. Finding a good work/life balance is very important, and working from the kitchen table just won’t cut it, long term!
The transition can be difficult; finding space in an already busy family or shared home, or making good use of the room available to you. You may wish to convert a box room, or fit out a new unit in your back garden.
We turned this spare room into a library-study-office for our clients. The client already had a desk they liked, so we custom built floor to ceiling bookcases, wrapped around half of the room. A separate desk allows for flexibility in your space, but if you wish, we can integrate a desk units for you. Our consultants will make the best recommendations based on your available space.
If you are planning on working from home going forward, contact us about your options; we’ll be delighted to hear from you!
